All orders received before 3pm Monday - Friday are dispatched same day unless otherwise stated in the product details.

Orders for Personalised Lanterns take approx 2-3 weeks to complete, you will be contacted within 48 hours of placing your order to discuss your requirements.

Second Class Packet Post - FREE
This is a royal mail service and delivery takes approximately 5-7 working days.

First Class Packet Post - £3.99
This is a royal mail service and delivery takes approximately 3-5 working days.

Please be aware that Royal Mail delivery times are not guaranteed in the above time frames. Royal Mail quote that they have upto 15 working days to deliver a parcel.

Courier delivery - £6.00
If you need your Sky Lanterns urgently, please select 'Courier Delivery' in your shopping basket. All orders received before 3pm on Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day (unless otherwise stated in the product detail) and delivered within 2 working days. Courier deliveries require a signature, if this is a problem please call us to discuss the options on 01205 317520.
Please note: Couriers do NOT deliver on weekends.

Saturday delivery - £14.99
Guaranteed Saturday delivery service is provided by Royal Mail Special Delivery, this is a before 1pm service and signature will be required.

Europe and R.O.I. Delivery - £25.00
European and Republic of Ireland delivery is available on a 4-5 day courier service.

International Delivery - Price on application
